3. Terms and definitions of electric scooter inspection

4.1 Inspection method

4.2.2.2.2 Received quality AQL
a) Class A unqualified: not allowed;
b) Category B unqualified: AQL=6.5;

4.3 Type test
4.3.1 In one of the following situations, the test shall be carried out:
a) When importing or exporting for the first time:
b) When the product structure, material, process or main accessories are changed, which may affect the performance of the product;
c) The quality is unstable, and the spot check fails for 3 consecutive times.
4.5 Judgment of test results
4.5.1 Type test
4.5.1.1 If the type test results meet the following requirements, it is judged to be qualified:
a) Category A inspection items should all meet the requirements of this standard;
b) Nine items (including nine items) of category B inspection items should meet the requirements of this standard;
c) Six items (including six items) of C-type inspection items should meet the requirements of this standard;
d) The above two unqualified items in b) and c) are all qualified after rectification.
4.5.1.2 If the result of the type test fails to meet the requirements of the first three items in 4.5.1.1, it is judged as unqualified.
4.5.2 Spot check inspection
4.5.2.1 If any unqualified item of category A is found, it will be judged that the batch is unqualified.
4.5.2.2 If the unqualified products of category B and category C are respectively less than or equal to the corresponding qualification number A, the batch is judged to be qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.
4.3 Type test
